ABOUT ME
Meet Lauren Latterell, Founder of Sprightly Media
Sprightly Media grew out of Sprightly Life, a space I once used to write about personal development and growth — and that same philosophy still drives me today. I believe real growth starts with real connection, and my mission is to help local businesses build visibility and thrive through genuine, relationship-driven strategy.
I hold a degree in Media Studies, with an emphasis in Digital Media, from UC Berkeley, and began my studies in television and film production at De Anza and Foothill College.
My roots in the Bay Area run deep. I built my early career in advertising at the Daily Post, one of the largest Peninsula-based newspapers, and spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, developing a strong foundation in client relationships and community engagement. I also work full-time in access control security, where I advanced from Account Executive to Distribution Manager in just one year — a role built entirely on relationships and results.
I’m proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, pairing an analytical eye with a natural sense for what drives growth and engagement. I’m deeply empathetic and relationship-driven, with a genuine passion for helping local businesses build visibility and thrive.
Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors — hiking, and never far from the water or the mountains.
